Divorcing Parents Should Be Cautious of Facebook Over the Holidays

Parents going through divorce (or unmarried parents going through litigation) must always be aware of what they post on FaceBook (or InstaGram or any other social media outlet) and especially over the holidays.  Posting pictures of your children with you and your paramour or pictures of gift extravaganzas is simply not helpful and may come back to haunt you.  For some short and sweet rules about FaceBook for parents in litigation with each other, go to  http://thecarsonlawfirm.com/virtual-coffee-break/FacebookAndYou.php
