Lee Child is the New York Times bestselling author of the Jack Reacher series, which was adapted for the big screen in 2012 in “Jack Reacher,” starring Tom Cruise. Child was born and raised in England and is the recipient of the Anthony Award for mystery writers and the Barry Award for crime literature, among many other literary achievements. In his most recent book, “Never Go Back,” the last of a four novel story arc, Reacher journeys from South Dakota to Virginia to finally meet new commanding officer, Major Susan Turner. But, when he arrives, Turner isn’t there, and he’s hit with two pieces of shocking news that put him in a compromising position. Never one to back away from a fight, Reacher is determined to find Turner and clear his own name.
