A kickoff party for Richmond Heights' Neighborhood Watch block captains and those interested in serving in that capacity is planned Friday, March 9, 2012.
The event will be held at 6:30 p.m. Participants will work with the 's Police and Community Together (P.A.C.T.) Unit to plan events and activities and to discuss issues in the city's neighborhoods.
