Musician and Author John Pizzarelli Joins Fontbonne/KMOX November Book Club

ST. LOUIS - The Fontbonne University/KMOX Book Club welcomes John Pizzarelli, author of “World on a String: A Musical Memoir,” at its next book club event. The event will take place Tuesday, Nov. 27, at 7 p.m. at Nerinx Hall, Heagney Theatre Auditorium, 530 E. Lockwood Avenue.


The event is free, but reservations are required. Call 314-444-1827 or email cwbrennan@cbs.com, leave a name and phone number and reference the "November" book club to reserve a spot today. 


John Pizzarelli is a musician and the son of jazz guitar legend Bucky Pizzarelli. His memoir explores his journey in music from his teenage years to life on the road with his father to opening for Frank Sinatra. He shares personal stories about Sinatra as well as Tony Bennett, Rosemary Clooney, James Taylor, Paul McCartney and other music legends. Pizarelli currently performs at festivals and top venues nationally and internationally.
