The Restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis is serving a lavish “Harvest Brunch” this Thanksgiving, November 22,
from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The menu includes traditional holiday favorites such as hand-carved roasted turkey with
all the trimmings, and golden baked beef Wellington, as well as assorted Maki rolls, sushi and sashimi, American caviar and smoked fish display, and an array of salads, cheeses, seafood, pastas, breads and desserts.
Uniformed chefs will prepare delicacies such as sesame seared scallops, Maryland lump crab cakes and escargot ravioli, and made-to-order omelets. Sparkling wine is included.
