If you know anything about my journey, you know that I have an issue with sugar.  And, to be honest, it's a journey with peaks and valleys.  

I decided last week that I needed to eliminate added sweeteners from my diet.  

So, beginning November 1, I'm doing a White Is Out 7 Day Challenge.  I'll be eliminating, at the least, refined sugar and flour.   

Join me!  I need your support.  

Together, we can be accountable -- I'll be sharing my food journal via social media -- and as a group we can make this happen. (Make sure you like or subscribe to my pages to join the conversation.)

Wouldn't it be great to start the holidays with a re-set system and reduced cravings?  That translates to more energy, better focus, and a calmer spirit.
