Whiz Kid: Students From Clayton and Maplewood Richmond Heights Recognized With Science Award
Both are juniors in high school.

- Whiz Kids' School/Church/Community Center: Shuyang Li attends , and Krystal Peterson attends
- Whiz Kids' Accomplishment: They have received an award from one of the colleges at the University of Missouri St. Louis.
- Whiz Kids' Key to Awesomeness: The two were among 36 high school juniors in the St. Louis area to receive a Distinguished Achievement Award for Excellence in Science from the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Missouri St. Louis, a university news release states. It happened at a March 2 ceremony. Students recognized that night had the opportunity to have dinner with their parents, hear a performance of the Dickson String Quartet and listen to various speakers.
