Storm Watch Issued for Richmond Heights, Clayton
The watch is expected to remain in effect until 9 p.m. Tuesday, and more storms are possible Wednesday and Thursday.
Clayton and Richmond Heights were expected to remain under a severe thunderstorm watch until 9 p.m. Tuesday, the National Weather Service reported on its website.
Storms could produce damaging winds and large hail, the Weather Service said in a hazardous weather outlook statement.
Storms also are possible Wednesday and Thursday, and excessive heat is expected to linger for days.
