MRH School District Launches New Website

It debuted this week and includes new features such as calendar subscriptions and athletics information.

A new website for the Maplewood Richmond Heights School District launched this week allows visitors to subscribe to calendar updates and view photos of staff.

The new version replaces the old site, which went online in 2002, a news release posted to the district's website states.

"The old website was becoming harder and harder to update each year," district communication director Tom Wickersham stated in the release. "With MRH constantly improving and adjusting to meet the needs of its students, we needed a website that can keep up the pace with the district's innovations."

Other features include:

  • Integration of Blue Devils athletics information into the site
  • Search function
  • Newsletters page
  • Randomly loaded photos, giving the site a fresh look with each viewing
  • Updated navigation

Clayton-based company The Business Artist managed the website renovation.

On average, the website gets more than 16,000 page views monthly.

The district also has launched two new Twitter feeds, one for the MRH School District and one for MRH High School. MRH Middle School already has a Twitter feed.
