St. Charles County Executive Steve Ehlmann declared a State of Emergency for the county at noon Tuesday.

Hazelwood City Hall remained open today. In other areas such as the Elm Grove Shopping center, all businesses were closed except Starbucks.

Two vehicles were reported stolen in mid-January in Richmond Heights. That’s according to the city’s police department.
