Straub’s Smoked BBQ Choice cuts of meat are smoked overnight and seasoned to perfection by Chef Fred Youngblood and his crew--in the style of our old friend and farmer Bill Arnold of Blues Hog BBQ fame. Sauce is available on the side.

Waffle-licious Sugar Waffles are made in the traditional Liege style that are popular in Belgian sidewalk cafes. Made “fresh to order” with a yeasted batter, sugar pearls and a variety of yummy toppings.

Taste of Mayberry Kettlecorn Andy and Cindy Kinder have perfected their Kettlecorn recipe---not too sweet and not too salty---it’s just right! They pop it “fresh to order” at the Market.

Straub’s Coffee is “fresh-roasted” on Thursdays especially for the Market by our friends at Northwest Coffee.  Available at the Straub’s Smoker Tent.

Making It “Fresh Squeezed” Lemonade has been a staple at the Market for years! It’s a sure thirst-quencher and is available by the glass.

Delicious treats include Kim Vogel’s Pies by the Slice and Jessie Pearl’s Southern Desserts. And don’t miss the fresh-baked breads, rolls, and other surprises from our friends at Great Harvest Bakery and Black Bear Bakery. These tireless folks bake all day Friday and rise before dawn on Market Day to bring the freshest of the fresh to their loyal customers.
