Community Update

Unfortunately, my partner and I had a bad experience at David Kodner Personal Jeweler. We began designing our engagement rings in early September and wanted custom rings. Instead, my partner's ring within the first month had a diamond fall out, and it was not symmetrical overall. My ring, was not what I wanted, and when it was sent back to the shop, I did not have it in time for Thanksgiving which was a major reason why my partner proposed when she did, so that we could show our rings to our family. A month after the proposal, I finally told David that we could not wait any longer and wanted our money back. Engagement is supposed to be a positive, and happy time, and this experience has caused so much stress for me. In the end, we also returned my partner's ring, because it had the symbol of a designer ring inside, although it is not this brand which did not seem like a good sign. We are both trying to move on from this experience, to make the start of our new life together a positive one.
