Robyn Heidger, Enterprise Bank & Trust, Appointed to Diversity Awareness Program (DAP) Board of Directors

June 2, 2014 (St. Louis) -- Robyn Heidger, Enterprise Bank & Trust Director - Diversity & Inclusion / Senior Vice President - Community Development, was appointed to the Diversity Awareness Program (DAP) Board of Directors to serve two, 3-year terms.

 

The DAP is a 501©(3) non-profit organization dedicated to promoting diversity in the St. Louis region around issues of race, religion, disability, sexual orientation and gender identity. The organization achieves its mission through youth programs, diversity training, community forums and diversity publications.

Heidger was recently promoted to Enterprise Bank & Trust’s first senior-management position created to oversee the Company’s diversity and inclusion efforts. In her new role, Heidger will work closely with the Company’s Diversity Council, Senior Management and Human Resources to provide a centralized strategy for its diversity efforts. Her responsibilities will range from implementing diversity and inclusion best practices to contributing to the development and delivery of recruitment, retention and training programs. She will continue to lead the Community Development initiatives for all the markets where the Company operates and will integrate this work into the overall diversity & inclusion strategy.

She is currently a Board and Executive Committee member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan St. Louis and the Co-Chair of the Neighborhood Organizations Allocations Panel for the United Way of Greater St. Louis. Heidger is also a board member of the Metropolitan St. Louis Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Association and serves on the advisory board for MU Extension’s Business Development Program.
