Plastics Manufacturing Company Renews Lease

In the 1967 movie “The Graduate”, Dustin Hoffman’s character was told “there’s a great future in plastics.”  Four years later Seiler Plastics in St. Louis, Mo. was born and, for more than 40 years, the family-owned and operated company has proven the film’s foresight as accurate.  

Seiler Plastics, a plastics manufacturing company, recently renewed its lease at the nearly 34,000-square-foot facility located at 9750 Reavis Park Dr.  The property’s rent is $168,000 per year.  Hilliker Corporation agent Frank Yocum represented landlord BOW, Inc., making this the fifth transaction between the two companies; Dan Merlo and Gary Parker of Intelica represented the tenant.

Founded in 1971, Seiler Plastics specializes in precision custom plastic extrusions.  The company, which has 30 employees, design and produces plastic profiles, tubing, sheet and thermoformed products.  John Seiler is president of the company.
