Pinnacle Contracting Transforms Former Fast-Food Restaurant in O'Fallon, Mo. Into First St. Charles County Office of Pacific Dental Services

A one-time fast-food restaurant at 3009 Hwy. K in O’Fallon, Mo. is now home to the first dentist office in St. Charles County operated by Pacific Dental Services, Inc. (PDS).  Based in Irvine, Calif., PDS recruits dentists and then supports them with specialized administrative personnel and best practices business systems.  Founded in 1994, PDS currently operates more than 350 dental offices in 13 states, the majority of them in the Western U.S.

St. Louis-based Pinnacle Contracting, Inc. completed the $328,165 renovation of the free-standing 3,414 square feet building in two months.  In that role, Pinnacle oversaw the transformation of the building exterior from a Hardee’s template to that of a modern dentist office.  The interior features a reception/waiting area, children’s play area, consultation office, x-ray room, employee lounge, restrooms, sterilization room, flex rooms and operatories with 11patient chairs.

The project architect was PDSI Architects, Julie Margetich, of Corona, Calif.
