Pinnacle Contracting Renovates New St. Louis Economic Development Partnership Offices

ST. LOUIS – Pinnacle Contracting, Inc. is helping the new St. Louis Economic Development  Partnership (SLEDP) get off to a running start, completing space renovation projects in Clayton, Mo. and Chesterfield, Mo.  Formed this spring by consolidating the business development, finance, entrepreneurial support and international trade functions of the economic development agencies of St. Louis City and St. Louis County, the SLEDP (formerly the Economic Council of St. Louis County) represents a new era of regional collaboration.

At SLEDP headquarters in Clayton, Pinnacle created new offices, training rooms and conference rooms plus support and storage areas across 26,200 square feet on the 22nd and 23rd floors of the Pierre Laclede Center, 7733 Forsyth Boulevard.   Previously, the Economic Council made its offices at 121 S. Meramec Avenue.

At 743 Spirit 40 Park Drive in Chesterfield, Pinnacle updated common area, restroom, break room and lobby spaces at the Stl VentureWorks small business incubator.  The new spaces support office, warehouse and production areas for startup and early stage small- to mid-sized businesses.  Pinnacle also constructed a new reception area.

The combined budget for the projects was approximately $550,000, with meaningful cost savings achieved by the re-use and re-purposing of finish materials.

Joining Pinnacle on the Pierre Laclede project was Arcturis.  William E. Manz. AIA teamed with the contractor on the work in Chesterfield.
