Pinnacle Contracting Completes New $300,000 Office in Clayton for SmithAmundsen LLC

ST. LOUIS – Pinnacle Contracting, Inc. has completed the renovation of 9,900 square feet on the seventh floor at the PNC Center Building, 120 S. Central Avenue in Clayton, Mo., for the relocation of the St. Louis office of Chicago, Ill.-based law firm SmithAmundsen LLC.  (http://www.salawus.com)  The firm previously leased space in Creve Coeur, Mo.  The St. Louis office is one of seven branch offices the firm operates in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana and Missouri.   All told, the firm employs approximately 150 attorneys.

               As part of a $300,000-plus design/build assignment, Pinnacle built-out new offices and conference rooms; added a break room and file room; and relocated mechanical/ electrical/ plumbing systems to accommodate the space plan conceived by St. Louis-based Domash Design Source, LLC and furnished by New Paradigm Interiors, Inc. Finish materials included red oak, mahogany and ceramic tile.  In addition, Pinnacle renovated the seventh floor elevator lobby for the building owner.

               Founded in 1998 in St. Louis, Mo. by Tom McLaughlin, P.E., and serving a national clientele, Pinnacle Contracting, Inc. provides general contracting, construction management and design/build services.   It specializes in the design, construction and tenant finish of office and retail space; multi-family properties; education, banking and healthcare facilities; lab and research space; and gaming/hospitality facilities.
