Dobbs, Neill, Sapp Named Principals in Gray, Ritter & Graham Law Firm

The St. Louis plaintiff litigation law firm of Gray, Ritter & Graham, P.C., has named M. Graham Dobbs, Thomas K. Neill, and Jason D. Sapp principals in the firm.

Dobbs’ primary areas of practice are medical malpractice, wrongful death and catastrophic injury, product liability, and motor vehicle accidents.  He has an AV Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.  Dobbs is a 2000 graduate of the Saint Louis University School of Law, where he served as a student editor of the Journal of Health and Hospital Law, was a member of the Health Law Association, and completed the school's nationally recognized Health Law Certificate program.  Prior to law school, he earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Barnes College. 

Neill practices primarily in civil litigation, including personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability, Federal Employer’s Liability Act, and consumer class actions.  He is the 2013 recipient of the St. Louis County Bar Association’s Roy F. Essen Outstanding Young Lawyer Award, and is president-elect of the Lawyers Association of St. Louis.  Neill graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law in 2002, where he was selected a National Member of the Order of Barristers, was a national finalist in the Board of Advocates Client Counseling Competition, and received the William H. Howard Award in Conflict of Laws.

Sapp’s primary practice areas are complex business and commercial litigation, as well as consumer and class action litigation. Named a 2011 “Up and Coming Lawyer” by Missouri Lawyers Weekly, he is a 2006 graduate of the University of Missouri School of Law, where he graduated with honors (Order of the Coif) and served as editor in chief of the Missouri Law Review. He also received the Judge Shepard Barclay Prize, which is awarded to the graduating law student "who has attained the highest standing in scholarship and moral leadership," and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Student Advocacy Award for "overall ability in trial advocacy by high achievement in trial practice, evidence and pleading and procedure courses."
