Wonka Brunch Planned at Ritz on Easter
The Clayton hotel will offer desserts such as Mrs. Bucket's strawberry tarts on April 8, along with a handful of golden tickets good for an overnight stay and more.
This year's Easter Brunch at in will feature a scrumptious twist: Willy Wonka-themed desserts, chocolate bars and five prized golden tickets.
The event runs from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. April 8 at the hotel, 100 Carondelet Plaza. Cost is $79 per adult and $39 for children under 12, excluding taxes and gratuity.
Each party will receive a Wonka Bar, five of which will include a golden ticket naming a prize such as an overnight stay in a club suite or a cake decorating session with Executive Pastry Chef Simone Faure.

- Mrs. Beauregard’s Lemon Cream Puffs
- Violet’s Blueberry Bites
- Charlie’s Cherry Fizz Lift
- Verunca’s Salted Caramel Eggs
- Mr. Bucket’s Pineapple Triffle
- Grandma Josephine’s Sticky Toffee Pudding
- Slugworth’s Pudding (Butterscotch)
- Dr. Wonka’s Wild Berry Mousse
- Grandpa George’s Spiced peach and Raspberry Buckle
- Mr. Salt’s Caramel Turtle Tart
- Grandma Georgina’s Grand Marnier Crème Buns
- Edible Wallpaper
- Augustus Gloop’s Chocolate trio chocolate cake
