Fried Chicken at the Libertine
Sauce Magazine reports that Chef Josh Galliano is bringing his fried chicken, to the The Libertine. The fried chicken will be on the menu every second Sunday.
Cooking Class at the Ritz
The Ritz-Carlton will hold a “Small Bites from Around the World” cooking class from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 24. Participants in the class will be busy with a day of cooking in the hotel’s kitchens under the watchful eyes and expert guidance of The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis culinary staff.
The class will be following favorite recipes from the international collection of Ritz-Carlton chefs, who hail from France, Singapore, India, Bosnia, and the United States, among other locales from around the globe.
The day’s menu will include fare for a light reception, plated four-course “small bites,” and a dessert buffet.
