New Pastry Chef at the Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis

Nathaniel Reid is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Paris.

The  has a new executive pastry chef whipping up its delectable desserts.

Nathaniel Reid is a Farmington native, Sauce Magazine reports. He replaces Simone Faure who left The Ritz last fall to open Chouquette.

Reid is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Paris.

Sauce reports that Reid has been named one of the Top 10 Pastry Chefs in America by Dessert Professional magazine, and, in 2010, he was named Pastry Chef of The Year at the U.S. Pastry Competition in New York.
