Job: Executive Director

Experience: Bachelor’s degree and five to seven years experience.
Responsibilities: Manage advocacy, educational and family support programs. Lead and motivate paid staff of six and volunteer corps of 200+. Oversee fundraising activities, market and grow the association’s public image.

Job: Early Childhood Special Education Teacher

Experience: Missouri Early Childhood Special Education Certification, experience in an urban early childhood program preferred.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with other early childhood teachers, be flexible, be able to build strong relationships with the community/patrons and have strong content knowledge.
Salary: Minimum salary of $37,400, with up-to ten years of salary derivation chart credit given for public school teaching experience.
