Ikea-Hadley Rumors Swirl in Richmond Heights

The spokesman for the Swedish retailer addressed the idea of a Mid-County store in an interview with the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

A spokesman for the retailer Ikea is addressing rumors that the company might locate a store in , the St. Louis Post-Dispatch's Consumer Central blog reported this weekend.

Quoting from the Consumer Central post:

"The latest round of speculation is right in (City Manager Amy) Hamilton’s backyard. The rumor this time is that Pace Properties is angling to put an Ikea in its proposed 400,000 square foot development in Hadley Township near Highway 40 and Hanley Road."
