Hadley Developer: Eminent Domain Not in Plans
The meeting with property owners happened this week in Richmond Heights, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported.
A Pace Properties executive said this week that the company has no intention of using eminent domain to force Hadley Township residents out of their property, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported.
Quoting from the Post-Dispatch article:
"(Mayor James) Beck also said he believed that the City Council had no interest in using eminent domain."
