The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis offers a special Valentine’s four-course gourmet dining experience in The Grill on February 10, 11 and Valentine’s Day, February 14.
The Valentine’s menu in the Grill includes tuna tartar or
fresh-shucked Pacific oysters; braised veal cheeks ravioli, salmon gravlax, or chicken lollipops with shrimp and prosciutto; wild striped bass, “Indian spiced” braised lamb shank, or grilled beef spinalis, and a special Love Dessert Trio for Two – red velvet and mascarpone dobash, Dominican chocolate raspberry pate, and champagne and strawberry jewels.
