Clayton's Pastaria Will Feature Native Missourian in Lead Role

Brian Moxey will be executive sous chef at the new restaurant, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch's Off the Menu blog reported.

A Missouri native who spent several years cooking on the East Coast will return to the state to work as executive sous chef at Clayton's new restaurant Pastaria, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch's Off the Menu blog reported.

"Brian Moxey discovered his passion for cooking while waiting tables at Ruby Tuesday in Columbia as a student at the University of Missouri."
