Cheshire's Top Chefs Are Out

Less than three months after its re-opening, The Cheshire Restaurant's husband-and-wife executive chefs resigned just weeks apart.

The Cheshire's The Restaurant, 6300 Clayton Rd., which re-opened to the public in November after renovations, has already seen its first major staff shake-ups.

Executive chef Wilfrin Fernandez-Cruz resigned from his post in mid-January, according to Sauce Magazine. Last week St. Louis-Post Dispatch reported that his wife, pastry chef Lisa Fernandez-Cruz, resigned from her positions at The Restaurant as well as Basso.

The Cheshire has plans to move forward. Read the full story on St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
