Basso chef Patrick Connolly moved back to his hometown of Richmond Heights in December, according to a recent profile in St. Louis Magazine.
Connolly discusses his early career at restaurants throughout the St. Louis area, which Basso menu item serves as an 'homage to Imo's,' and what he might have done differently if asked to do it all again.
"I'm not a big 'your salad/my salad' kind of guy. When we go out, we share things. I believe food should be shared," told St. Louis Magazine.
