Brazikat Could Use More Showmanship

A St. Louis Post-Dispatch contributor visits downtown Clayton's new Brazilian Steakhouse.

Brazikat Brazilian Steak and Seafood has generated plenty of buzz for its fairly unique way of serving meat--namely, brought straight from the grill to your plate off a fresh skewer. (Chicken, beef, shrimp, picahna, turkey and pork are among the skewer selections.)

But according to one St. Louis Post-Dispatch contributor, the restaurant "fails to produce either good food or an entertaining show."

"When the meat came, a server inelegantly plopped several large hunks of picanha from a skewer onto my plate. Exciting tableside gaucho service it was not," wrote Evan S. Benn.
