Clayton's Claverach Park neighborhood will host its Halloween Fall Festival and Chili Cook-Off on the Hillvale Island from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 21, 2012.
Attendees will enjoy food, festivities and fun. Guests are encouraged to wear Halloween costumes.
