Party-goers lounged in the middle of North Central Avenue in Clayton while the Cosmic Cows played during a rare, cool August evening on Wednesday.
The Party in the Park in Downtown Clayton Concert Series, hosted by the Clayton Chamber of Commerce, are on North Central Avenue between Forsyth and Maryland avenues.
The last Party the Park event of the year is from 5 to 8:30 p.m. Sept. 11. The featured band will be Hollywood 5.
