William "Wild Bill" Souders, a former commander of VFW Post 3500 in Richmond Heights, discusses the meaning of Memorial Day and the Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Monday marks Memorial Day, when Americans honor military men and women who have died at war. William "Wild Bill" Souders is a former commander of in Richmond Heights. He and many of his family members have served in the U.S. military. In this video, he talks about his family, describes the function of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and tells what Memorial Day means to him.
