Corporate Services Attorney Matthew Schuckman Elected Partner

Matthew S. Schuckman, a member of Armstrong Teasdale’s Corporate Services practice group, has become a partner.

Based in the firm’s St. Louis office, Schuckman’s practice encompasses general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and private capital emerging companies. In this work, he assists business organizations by coordinating and managing acquisition and divestiture transactions from inception through post-closing.

Schuckman earned his J.D. from Washington University School of Law, M.B.A from Vanderbilt University – Owen Graduate School of Management and B.A. from Vanderbilt University. He is admitted to practice in Missouri and is a member of The Missouri Bar.
