Armstrong Teasdale Ranked Top St. Louis Firm by Corporate Board Member Magazine

Armstrong Teasdale is named as the top 2012 St. Louis area corporate law firm in Corporate Board Member magazine’s second quarter special legal issue. The ranking is based on an annual survey of general counsel and corporate directors and officers serving on boards of publicly traded companies.

The article “America’s Best Corporate Law Firms” names Armstrong Teasdale No. 1, followed by Thompson Coburn and Bryan Cave. A complete listing of the national, general counsel, and metropolitan rankings is available at www.boardmember.com/currentissue.aspx.

The survey, which was mailed in January 2012, asked 11,340 directors and 1,957 general counsel of U.S. publicly traded companies to name the top three corporate firms in 25 major U.S. markets. This is Corporate Board Member’s 12th annual legal industry research study. It was sponsored by FTI Consulting, a global business advisory firm.
