St. Louis Counselors Offer "Keep Feelings Bright" Holiday Program

Chris Corrigan Mendez, M.Ed., PLPC and Jen Monika McCurdy, M.Ed., C.I.T. (M2 Consulting) are offering a “Keep Your Feelings Bright, This Holiday and All Days” program to the St. Louis area community.  This gift is designed to help stressed-out holiday preparers move from their “perfect holidays” wishes and expectations to acceptance of the holidays, whatever they bring.

The program provides free “Feelings Bright” bookmarks, which deliver holiday feelings tips, such as: 1) Actively considering holiday wishes and acceptance; 2) Doing brief meditations; and 3) Playing fun empowerment games.  The counselors’ www.whatnowm2 website provides expanded holiday acceptance strategies, full meditations (script and MP3), and game downloads—all at no charge!

The bookmarks are available at multiple St. Louis and St. Charles locations, including Breakout Fitness, 811 Spruce St. (in the Westin Hotel, Downtown St. Louis), Family Nuts, 312 Westport Plaza, and Kat & Me Coffee & Café, 409 S. Main St. (in Historic St. Charles). They will also be distributed personally at St. Louis events and businesses, and are available upon request.
