Robertson Fire Protection District Selects Pinnacle Contracting for $1.1 Million Renovation and Expansion of Fire House #2 in Bridgeton, Mo.
ST. LOUIS, MO. –The Robertson Fire Protection District has selected Clayton, Mo.-based Pinnacle Contracting, Inc. for a $1.1 million renovation and expansion of Fire House #2 at 3820 Taussig Road in Bridgeton, Mo. The district serves a 16.5-mile territory that includes parts of Bridgeton, Hazelwood and unincorporated St. Louis County.
Pinnacle projects completing its renovation work and an 8,200-square-foot addition in November, 2013. The addition consists of a second floor mezzanine that will host a training scenario room with movable wall panels, removable floor sections to simulate dangerous floor conditions and two exterior access doors for ladder and elevated space-entry training. Pinnacle is also adding two apparatus storage bays.
Collaborating on the project is O’Fallon, Ill.-based FGM Architects. In 2012, FGM and Pinnacle teamed to complete the Pattonville Fire House #1, also in Bridgeton.
