Charter to Bring Fox Sports 1 to St. Louis Customers

As viewers’ appetite for TV sports continues to grow, Charter announces carriage of Fox Sports 1 to help satisfy that appetite. The new sports network debuts on Saturday August 17. Fox Sports 1, replacing Speed on Charter’s channel line-up, will incorporate that network’s most popular programs and events into the Fox Sports 1 programming schedule.

“There has been much excitement surrounding the creation of Fox Sports 1, and we are delighted to include it for our customers who love sports,” said Sean O’Donnell, vice president and general manager for Charter’s Central States market

Fox Sports 1 will feature live sports events, including football from college conferences Pac-12 and Big 12, Major League Baseball games, NASCAR, UFC ultimate fighting telecasts and coverage of soccer’s 2018 and 2022 World Cups.
