Culinary team at Clayton luxury hotel to lead day of instruction to help

For parents who are concerned about the health value of the lunches their kids take to school, or if their kids complain that their made-at-home lunches are boring, The
Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis is providing a timely hands-on solution.
The Clayton luxury hotel is offering a cooking class titled “Back to School – Modern Day Lunch Bag,” on
August 25, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. to address the annual school lunch nutrition dilemma. Members of the Ritz’ culinary team will provide preparation tips and recipes for healthy and tasty alternatives to thetypical school sack lunch. Instruction will be provided throughout The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis kitchens. Class participants will prepare a lunch, which they will enjoy (with wine) in The Grill following the class.

Healthy alternatives to the school sack lunch covered in The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis “Back to School” cooking class will include:
