More About Speed Play STL
William Feuerbacher of Speed Play STL offers personal training and small group programs and classes at John Burroughs School. Sessions are designed to help individuals get into shape, prevent injuries, correct muscle imbalances, lose weight and improve endurance and functional strength. Boot camps and sport-specific training are also provided for high school and college students.
