The “Pumpkin Extravaganza” is a traditional lavish Ritz-Carlton St. Louis Sunday brunch - but dedicated to the love of pumpkin! Special savory portions will be seasonal fall-related items with small touches of pumpkin accent.
The desserts will include Indian Chai and Pumpkin Crème Pie, Pumpkin Crème Brulee, Pumpkin & Maple Gooey Butter Cake, Pumpkin and Pecan Bread Pudding, Pumpkin Fudge and “Pumpkin Latte “Tiramisu, to name a few, as well as the traditional favorites. In keeping with the theme, there will also be Pumpkin Martinis and Schlafly Pumpkin Beer!
Children can enjoy a Mini-Pumpkin Decorating Station.
