A former partner of Boggs, Avellino, Lach & Boggs, has sued his former firm.
Mark R. Bates sued Beth C. Boggs, and Boggs, Avellino, Lach & Boggs, a Clayton firm, in St. Louis County Court.
Bates claims they defamed him by accusing him of fire-bombing their home after they fired him, according to Courthouse News Service.
