Police: No Storm Damage Reported in Clayton, Richmond Heights

A flood advisory was expected to remain in effect for Clayton and Richmond Heights until 8:30 a.m. Tuesday after powerful overnight storms.
Drivers should not travel through areas where water is covering a road, the St. Louis County Office of Emergency Management stated in an email alert.
A tornado watch in effect earlier in the morning has been canceled as of 5:42 a.m.
No damage reports came into the Clayton Police Department as a result of the storm, Officer Korey Golcynski said. The same was true for the Richmond Heights Police Department, Sgt. Doug Schaeffler said.
The Richmond Heights Fire Department did not receive any storm-damage reports, though officials there did respond overnight to a two-alarm fire in Webster Groves, Chief Kerry Hogan said.
