Pickett Joins Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale as Attorney

ST. LOUIS – Attorney Christopher A. Pickett has joined the litigation practice group of the St. Louis law firm Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale P.C. Pickett focuses on complex commercial law; securities litigation and arbitration; employment contracts, disputes and discrimination; and white collar crime and corporate compliance. He represents businesses, brokerage firms and individuals as plaintiffs and defendants in a wide array of litigation, as well as cases before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Pickett will serve Greensfelder’s St. Louis office.

Pickett comes to Greensfelder from Goldberg Pickett LLC. He began working at Goldberg Wehrle LLC in 2005 and was made a partner in 2009. He started his career as a public defender. Pickett earned his law degree and a bachelor’s degree in history and Russian from Saint Louis University in St. Louis, Mo.    

Pickett is a member of the American Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the St. Louis County Bar Association and the Mound City Bar Association. He sits on the board of directors for Discovery School in O’Fallon, Ill. and the ArchCity Defenders, an organization that provides counsel to disadvantaged individuals facing state prosecution.

Would you take on a pension problem; my husband just died & now I find out I will get nothing from his pension. We signed on the correct line, then were told we could get an extra $300.00 a month now; we figured okay, extra now & less when Jim passes. Now they say I get nothing, can you help me or give me another name? Thank you
