Former Richmond Heights Judge Rothman Honored at Washington University
Former Richmond Heights judge Kenneth J. Rothman has been awarded the Washington University School of Law's Distinguished Law Alumni Award, a news release from the university states. It happened at an awards dinner Friday.
Rothman graduated with his law degree in 1958. He served as Missouri's lieutenant governor from 1980-84 and in the Missouri House of Representatives for an 18-year period. He worked on legislation aimed at preventing child abuse, reforming mental health care and extending nonpartisan court appointments to St. Louis County.
